Good Company Overall - Project Manager Valley Forge Fabrics Employee Review

I recently started but so far I love it! Everyone is very welcoming, genuine, supportive, and my team is amazing. Training was wonderful and professional. From what I see, this company really cares about their employees and their career growth but also encourages everyone to have a work-life balance which is hard to find in other companies.

Honestly, no cons come to mind.

Everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand — whether you’re new or have been here for years. It’s rare to find a workplace where coworkers feel more like family, but that’s exactly the culture here. There’s a shared sense of respect, encouragement, and collaboration that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. It’s a place where you’re seen, appreciated, and never made to feel like just a number.
