Thank you so much for the review. The great co-workers comment is right on. We have AWESOME people, with AMAZING attitudes, and they are all FUN and FRIENDLY. I love coming to work every day due to our people. In terms of the workload and the changing processes. I would agree that in the past, we had too many changes. For sure. We did a reorganization in June 2020, and until about Q1 2021, a lot changed. We are almost a year in, and it is all going smoother. We launch our digital transformation in April/May (we are about 90 days away), and although we will have a few months of transition, the purpose of the transformation is to lesson manual workload so we all have time to strategize and problem solve, as opposed to inputting data (1 of 500 examples - certain quotes currently take 6 screens and 3 spreadsheets and 90 minutes. In the future, those will take 1 screen and a few minutes, which will allow strategy on what we are quoting, and how we are giving the best value to the client and to us, not just inputting info).
