Pros

This is a family owned company that cares about the environment and they also make many donations towards different charities each year. They have a culture committee who create fun activities for the employees each holiday. You are able to dress casual professional. There is a slide from the 2nd to 1st floor, a small indoor soccer field, along with a gym and "quiet room" (which is a room with a bunch of bean bags and a hanging bed) to enjoy on your break. They also have a beer tap in the breakroom for some friday evenings. They are in the process of updating their systems.

Cons

There is a lot of turnover there, including management (the CEO/CFO/AP Supervisors changed 2/3 times during my employment for example ). They are short handed and give you a very manual workload that would normally be for 2 people. Management is poor in most Depts (some even get away with being rude). Hourly employees get paid half their pay for overtime, instead of time and a half.

We appreciate your review however some key comments you have made are false and misleading. Along with our employee gym, culture, outstanding health insurance, 401k, and other benefits, our hourly employees are always paid for overtime work at 1.5x, not ½ time, which is the correct rate according to the FLSA. We go above that requirement for some departments even offering overtime for weekend even not required to do so. All of our offer letters are clear as to salary or hourly wages and benefits and your comments are clearly not factual or were made to mislead others. Employees are required to review and accept the terms and compensation prior to starting. Our PTO program is one of the most flexible and robust in the industry along with an additional 10 paid holidays resulting in over 6 weeks paid time off annually in some cases and a program of Summer Hours whereby our team may leave at 3PM each Friday for the entire summer. Thank you for noting that we are fanatics about giving back to our local communities and allow our team to do so as well. We have a strong and bright team that works very hard to build a great place to work and I’m sorry if this was not the right environment for you. And, your comment about CEO turnover is also a misstatement - I have been CEO since 2011, along with my sister Diana Dobin. Prior to us, our father was CEO since 1977. mikey

Pros

I recently started but so far I love it! Everyone is very welcoming, genuine, supportive, and my team is amazing. Training was wonderful and professional. From what I see, this company really cares about their employees and their career growth but also encourages everyone to have a work-life balance which is hard to find in other companies.

Cons

Honestly, no cons come to mind.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a positive review. Many times in life, people take time to write when they are upset versus when they are happy. We like good reviews of course. On a personal note, I am so happy to hear that you are happy here so far. We try to be super inclusive, welcoming, and focused on growth and career paths of our team members. Again, much appreciated. Pros

The people here are what make this company extraordinary. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand — whether you’re new or have been here for years. It’s rare to find a workplace where coworkers feel more like family, but that’s exactly the culture here. There’s a shared sense of respect, encouragement, and collaboration that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. It’s a place where you’re seen, appreciated, and never made to feel like just a number.

Cons

Honestly, not many. Every company has its challenges, but when you’re surrounded by people who care, even those moments are easier to handle.

This is such a nice review. I love it not only because it is a positive review (which I do like reading of course), but because you have felt welcomed and cared for from day one. Our teams really become close friends, and we have people from every walk of life, and that makes us so much better, I am so glad to hear you are happy, and you know my office is always wide open for any suggestions, thoughts, or even constructive feedback.
