Pros

Co-workers are amazing, it is actually like a family. Management treats everyone quite well.

Cons

Not a whole lot to dis. They as an organization have their crap together and don't tolerate stupidity. We get along well. If I did have to nitpick and choose, it would be the continued non-stop training that we are required to do.

Pros

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Opportunity to make a difference in residents lives. Developes great teamwork, taps into strengthen and gets you to work on your weaknesses

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
