Pros

Currently work flex as a PCA. Having this position has helped with my busy school schedule and allowing me to pick up shifts when I have the time.

Cons

At times it seems like certain workers got favored more than others and would get more shifts. It has gotten a lot better over time tho.

Pros

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Opportunity to make a difference in residents lives. Developes great teamwork, taps into strengthen and gets you to work on your weaknesses

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
