Lots of opportunities for time and a half pay due to short staffing. Option to be Flex so you can pick up shifts while still doing school.

Cons

Short staffing, not flexible with scheduling.

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
