Pros

4000 is a great location, Id stay away from Columbia location.

Cons

In order for you to move up in management, you have to be moldable in their ways. They don't hire external managers, only internal.

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
