Flex working is the way to go. Don't have a set schedule. Able to accept more incentive pay shifts.

Cons

Poor with PTO and helping cover shifts with multiple weeks/months notice.

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
