Pros

For the amount of training required for the job the pay is decent (21$~ after certification)

Cons

I have to write this review so i can look at other reviews on glass door, Anyhow if you're aware of what the job (CNA) entails you should be fine, nothing particularly bad about Valley Senior that I've noticed.

Pros

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Opportunity to make a difference in residents lives. Developes great teamwork, taps into strengthen and gets you to work on your weaknesses

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
