Pros

Probably one of the better staffed and managed long term living and care homes to work at.

Cons

Management doesn’t have the best active listening skills and doesn’t always take the CNA concerns seriously even though it’s us that has the most direct contact with Residents

They offer incentive pay when short staffed. They also have full time floats that go around the building and help where ever is needed.

Cons

People calling out. But the company can't control that.

Opportunity to make a difference in residents lives. Developes great teamwork, taps into strengthen and gets you to work on your weaknesses

Cons

Office staff to upper management play favorites, treat CNAs as less then primary reason for leaving
