Pros
There are alot of possibilities here, good people, really. Just please treat all fairly, do what you say, and always - transparency! That is the key. Have meetings with employees, let them know critical little details, we all are adults, but mostly, the biggest thing . Don't just use an employee as a covid screener, then BAM! decide one day to end the job THAT one day. So unfair. It's not how I'd want to be treat, and probably not how any manager/supervisor would want to be treated either. So, don't do it.
Cons
They don't give you a formal job description, they don't explain the whole job responsibilities in the interview, they leave out important little job details then chastize you for it later. Not right. Not right.
