Basically the only Pros are : Valleywise’s is a Government Entity , Therefore Mandatory Contributions to ASRS / Pension . - Pay Is generally Above average
Cons
- Organizationally Poorly Managed starting with the Top Executives - Favoritism & Nepotism is rampant. - HR preaches they are there for the employees, reality is they are not . - They Place people in positions they shouldn’t be in & the people that SHOULD be in management or Supervisory are never chosen. - They are an Organization of wanting. “ Yes Sir , Yes Ma’am , Robot - style people & Hate people who speak up for what’s morally right.
