Operator - Operator Vallourec Employee Review

Company fired a couple hundred employees in 2015. Some very good people were let go while many incompetent ones remain. Much favoritism and some nepotism was involved. We remaining employees are expected to do much more work for less money. There were very few salaried cuts, and we are over-staffed with too many bosses who are tripping over each other and pushing us like slaves in order to impress someone. Very stressful environment and many of us are seeking other jobs.
