- the organization is constantly changing - choice of managers mostly dependent of how long they've worked for the company or who they're friends/family with instead of their skills - colleagues are either too stressed or almost falling asleep in the office (I guess, it's because they let the others do their job), very bad communication between managers and their teams - pushy climate
