Company largely oriented to oil and gas products and services, which is a challenging business but with great opportunities to reinvent itself. Vallourec is coming out stronger after a significant transformation plan. They are a recognized leader on their market.

Cons

Oil & Gas is a complex business with huge variation in activity. This means you need to be ready for dramatic adaptations and impressive bounce back !
