Do not work here. - Maintenance Technician Vallourec Employee Review

Management is horrible. They have cut our work force 3 times and then hire new employees. Work life balance is horrible. You will be forced to work 60-80 hours a week. They don't care if you see your family. The maintenance manager is a huge micro manager and has zero respect for his people. I can not wait to find another job. Its sad, because it used to be a good place to work. Upper management has ruined the place. Vallourec, Youngstown OH
