Company has good benefits. Decent pay but zero opportunities to move up. Good work life balance.

Cons

Company culture is terrible. Low moral. Terrible leadership. HR is useless. Look elsewhere if you value your sanity. They just say they are about diversity and inclusion but don’t actually practice what they preach.
