A couple of corporate managers are supportive but are prone to disappearing when concerns are voiced

Cons

There is a lack of respect in all levels of management from almost the very top and most certainly properties. In hospitality no manager of any kind should call their employees out of their name or belittle hourly workers. In addition, forcibly removing contracted labor for speaking up for themselves is beyond ridiculous. Overall not a great experience on property by any means.
