Uncertainty of what was happening during my time there - Electronic Medical Records Specialist Valora Medical Group Employee Review

The place was constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY unstable. There were always people being fired almost at a moment's notice. There was no sense of union, leadership, or a feeling of a team in the whole time I was there. So many of the staff would talk about the patients coldly and other times just condemn them behind their backs. Even doctors were not treated with respect for their time and efforts. If there were ever concerns, no one had an answer. This company also was ok not taking employee issues and concerns seriously for certain patients because they brought in more money. I had never in my lfie worked for such a horrible organization.
