Pros
Really struggling to find any. Pros were that I left at the beginning of the year with the few people who I do know still there telling me that it’s somehow got worse.
Cons
I wasn’t going to leave a review but I keep on seeing recruiters advertising for roles and I think it’s important candidates know the company they are interviewing for. The company has no strategy aside from cut costs until there’s nothing left. People became desensitised to redundancies as they were part of the monthly comms plan. The people there used to be passionate, hard working and incredibly smart but most of them have since left and the ones left are so demoralised that they are no longer the same employees. Amazing opportunity to watch how an acquisition destroys culture country by country and gave me new found respect for my new company when I left. After handing in my notice, the repeated response I got from colleagues was well done for getting out. I know the job market is rough, and if you need a 9-5 temporarily while you look for somewhere else, this might be okay. But don’t stay long term, it’s not healthy.
