There is nothing to share good about it other than good collegues and seniors

- Not good work culture - unit head in SMAC is quite unprofessional and arrogant. You will loose ur self respect working under him. - There are so called delivery managers in SMAC, who call themselves as techies but good for nothing. even freshers are better than those. Dont know from which company they came from. Only involved in politics and giving bad approach for problems and if you telll them they are wrong then personal problem starts - flat career growth - you will become their enemy as soon as you put down your papers. They dont follow professional ethics and take everything as persional rejection. - compensation is less than market standard.
