      Pros

      I got a chance to work in Valtech and was associated with SMAC practice , headed by Saurabh and Kartheek Nagasuri an amazing and inspirational leaders. I was working on mobile application development for SMAC. Here I got the chance to learn Xamarin technology for a new project. My Lead and Delivery Manager are supporting and helping towards project delivery. It was a great experience in learning and working with SMAC team member. Better Compensation compare with other competitors. Enjoyed a lot in team outing with our teammates.

      Great well known clients & interesting projects.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
