      Pros

      Prestigious clients, training is encouraged and supported, ability to work from home. Overall a great experience as a software developer. It's a full service digital agency, so people from various horizons and background. Also, awesome cultural diversity. Lovely offices and good office culture

      Cons

      Benefits are not so good. There are quite a few irrelevant employees (as far as developers are concerned), which is never a good surprise when you end up working with them. Not so agile, clients run the show, setting the timeline and requirements from the start (although as we all know, it always changes).

      Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

      Pros

      Great well known clients & interesting projects.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
