Interesting and great client portfolio; Office location - feel and look;
Cons
No organisational processes; No onboarding processes; High expectations, stressful environment and low pay; Issues with paying the last holiday days etc, even after following up more than multiple times;

Hi, and thanks for the feedback - it is certainly true that the onboarding and organisational processes were not up to scratch during recent times. We have tried to take ownership of and accountability for this in recent transformation work through the management and people & culture teams, and we hope that our new and current offerings to employees are an improvement in this regard.
It is really unfortunate that you did not have your last holiday days paid out timeously. We are also aware this was a periodical issue and and has since been fixed.
All in all, it's clear that your employment here from entry to exit was not satisfactory and it has been noted and taken seriously. It is regrettable - we hope this will be the exception from the norm. We wish you the best as you move on.
There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
