Pros

- Flexible Time Off - A growing team that you have opportunity to help grow and be a part of - The work can be interesting, depending on the clients they win

Cons

Communication is not their best suit, between cross-functional teams and within the teams as well. Creatives are overworked and creative work is promised on tight deadlines to clients. Project timelines aren't considerate of creative workflows and creative leads are prone to micro-managing which leads to burn out. Managers aren't equipped to handle the criticisms /feedback. They also work with a lot of freelancers that have work mannerisms that don't align with the 'culture' that they're trying to build although the culture itself is very traditional agency life with tendencies of working past hours and working through burn out.

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Cons

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
