Pros

Used to be a great Place to work.

Cons

I've spent the last ten years working at this company, and it's disheartening to witness the rapid deterioration that has taken place in recent years. What was once a thriving, innovative organization has become a shadow of its former self, and it's all thanks to the disastrous leadership from the North American team. One of the most frustrating aspects of this decline is the blatant favoritism shown by our current North American leadership. They've been hiring their unqualified friends and associates for critical roles within the company, undermining the hard work and dedication of long-standing employees. It's evident that meritocracy has been thrown out the window, and it's leading us down a dangerous path. Talented individuals who contributed significantly to the company's success have been pushed out, leaving us with a leadership team that lacks the necessary skills and experience to make informed decisions. These inferior decisions are taking a toll on our company's reputation and competitiveness in the market. We've become a laughingstock compared to our competitors, and it's painful to watch. Perhaps the most baffling decision was the appointment of someone with no HR background as the head of HR. Who in their right mind would make such a reckless choice? It's no surprise that our HR department is now a mess. This decision alone reflects the complete disregard for the well-being of employees. Morale within the company is at an all-time low, and the toxic culture is palpable. The sense of camaraderie and teamwork that once defined our workplace has been replaced by a pervasive sense of disillusionment and frustration. Employees are demoralized, disengaged, and disheartened by the lack of transparency and accountability from leadership. It's disheartening to see a company that once thrived under a culture of excellence and innovation succumb to the destructive forces of nepotism and unqualified leadership. I fear that if the current North American leadership continues down this path, our company's future will be even bleaker. It's time for a change, a return to the values and principles that made this company great, and a leadership team that prioritizes the well-being and success of its employees.

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Cons

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
