Pros
pay is somewhat good, good stepping stone for dealership, better then most fastfood/deadend jobs. corporate own stores are better to work for.
Cons
work to life ratio is very poor, a lot of 11 hour shifts, overworked, no set days off, management does not care for employees needs or wellbeing, all the service center managers that I have worked with do not seem to care about the job or fellow coworkers, told to pressure sell additional services to customers who do not want or do not need service, no pay off or motivation to sell additional services the list goes on
