Difficult School district - Anonymous employee Vance County Schools Employee Review

Great working environment at the schools but horrible at Central Office. Great benefits package. Same schedule as my children was a huge benefit for my family. I never missed any basketball games or soccer matches. Had time to coach in the evenings and on weekends!

Had issues with supervisor not seeing me the same as all of her other technicians because my position was set in a different location at first. Team members were constantly disrespectful towards me for most of my tenure here.

Student outcomes are the most joyful.

Pay is terrible as education is undervalued.
