Pros

Good tuition reimbursement but you have to pay in advance before it is paid back to you. Ended up still needing to take out loans in order to keep up with the classes needed. Nice location, walking trails, college type atmosphere

Cons

they hire a ton of college students, very young company now. They continue to manage out the more tenured crew - finding ways to get rid of them. Worked there for over 17 years, had many leaders over that time and only 1 leader was exceptional. The rest were average or below average. Many do not know how to coach or develop crew - especially if you are over 40 years of age and have been with the company more than 10 years. (you may see a trend on Glassdoor regarding this) Employee relations is of no help to crew - they protect leaders (they say they don't but in reality I've seen it first hand) culture and values don't align with reality must drink the cool aid and really cannot be yourself for fear that a leader may not like you. not able to speak openly about how you feel or if you see that something just is not right with the situation Employment marketing scours Glassdoor for poor reviews and does what they can to bump the bad reviews to the bottom. Little to no opportunity to do anything different - especially in HR - one you are assigned a client group that's what you do. They hand pick favorites to take on new things while leaving those that have been begging for more opportunities for something different - which ultimately leads to them being unhappy, undervalued, and unmotivated. Gallup scores are a joke, can't say what you really feel because it is broken down by leader and team...you put a poor review in your score they know who said it...especially if you only have 3 crew reporting up to you. nothing ever changes.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
