Yes it's true all smiles and a relax atmosphere but that is as far as it gets

Cons

Employees are cheated out of their pay raises year after year as far back as 8 years. Company are fully taking advantage of its employees and exploiting for their talents with no advancements or rewards. Some stay due to medical insurance and are unable to leave. Quality of products will sure surface as more experience employees are making an effort to leave.

fairly relaxed, good benefits: dental! also help you gain training to move/gain responsibilities and experience

Cons

managers are a bit slow to give you a raise, and put it off for as long as they can. also after training completion, raises are not offered, you must ask for one.
