Enjoyed working at Vanguard before I relocated for family reasons. Management engages with people well and cares about doing a good job for its customers and employees. Great atmosphere with opportunities for people to grow.

fairly relaxed, good benefits: dental! also help you gain training to move/gain responsibilities and experience

Cons

managers are a bit slow to give you a raise, and put it off for as long as they can. also after training completion, raises are not offered, you must ask for one.
