One of the major downsides of working at Vantaga Data Center is the decline in workplace culture. The People and Culture team has become largely ineffective, offering little meaningful support or direction. As a result, employee concerns often go unaddressed, and there’s a noticeable lack of engagement and morale across teams.
This issue has been compounded by the departure whether voluntary or forced of many experienced and well respected employees. Their absence has significantly impacted team cohesion, knowledge sharing, and overall workplace atmosphere.
