Pros

Professional, Cutting Edge, Customer Focused, Highly Trained Staff willing to go above and beyond. Military grade security both in cyber protection and also facilities

Cons

Intense, quick response to issues to keep uptime at 99% can be hard. I have a slight disability after breaking ankles which means I have to give 110% to meet both company standards and my own high standards which I always set above the companies line.

Pros

Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
