It's so agile, it's chaotic. The amount of people who have left the company in the last year or so is concerning. The changes are swift and frequent. There are so many departments across the globe that it's unclear who does what and it seems many decisions are based on ego and toxic behaviours are tolerated or ignored by HR and executives. The core values aren't much more than words, based on senior leadership behaviours. Respect is non-existent from many at that level and nothing is done about it. In fact, there are frequent promotions and job titles don't appear to be given based on merit. Very top heavy hierarchy with no hope given for support at ground level.
There is no work life balance without taking the risk of defending it with the knowledge that it could be used against you.
