      Pros

      The ethos and work ethics of Vantage is superb, the whole onboarding experience was seamless and well designed. You are given a 30-60-90 day goal plan at the start and are allocated a "Buddy" to help you navigate the eco system. Wonderful people to work with and be part of their Team.

      You are extremely busy BUT very supported

      Pros

      Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.

      - Leadership is very guarded and doesn't share much information with employees. - Roll out of systems and technologies is very slow.
