Pros

It has been great experience since the very first on-boarding interview. Onboarding process was clearly explained and followed up with detailed 30-60-90 days document. I was assigned work-buddy, someone with similar background to mine to help me adapt which I can not express enough how helpful it was. All the people I met so far, within or out of my department showed themselves in professional and respectful manner. As almost every other company, Vantage DC has their Vs&Bs, but to be honest, I first time feel that my company actually cherish their Vs&Bs. + Employment Package + Good Work/Life Balance + Great leadership and management + Career and growth opportunities

Cons

Only con, if we can call it a con, in my opinion is that I didn't get to meet people from my team in person. As we are spread around DCs across EMEA, it is understandable that to meet everyone will from team in person is not a simple task and will probably happen throughout different projects. Everyone in my team was more than helpful upon my start with the company, therefore I would love to meet them in person as well.

Pros

Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
