You get paid to work out ... good benefits ... unlimited overtime ... if you are a good employee they pretty much leave you alone.

Cons

HOT!!! HARD WORK!!! CONSTANTLY MOVING!!! 12 hour shifts

Everything they work you like a slave then get rid of you so they don't have to pay you benefits.
