Pros
Pros: There are a lot of good people throughout the company, and the work provides valuable experience in the telecom industry. It’s a good place to build your skills and gain exposure. Hours were flexible.
Cons
Compensation is below industry standards, making it difficult to retain talented employees. Strong performance isn’t consistently recognized or rewarded, so many good employees eventually seek opportunities elsewhere. Communication between departments can also be frustrating at times, with interactions sometimes feeling more like a burden than a collaborative effort. I’ve also heard about some questionable layoffs in certain departments, which raised concerns about job security. Employee retention seemed reactive and not proactive.
