      Kept my existing pay rate

      Cons

      Purchased small local company. Said nothing would change. Implemented new products with no training, make it harder for us to prepare for our jobs, total disconnect from our local branch. Little to to care for employees. Employees treated like numbers not people. ZERO transparency
