Pros
Seemed like a growing forward thinking company. Quite a few of the employees had been there for quite some time. Interesting product line, and in a growing area of technology.
Cons
Company has some disjointed internal processes that keep it from getting things done in a timely manner. They are a mid-size company that can't seem to stop functioning like a small start-up. There is a "cliquey" culture in many groups making new comers feel unwelcome and excluded at times. Just went though a major layoff.
