Pros

I worked alongside this organization on the partner side for 2 years and had incredible success driving a story that was very relevant to the c-suite and infosec folks. Very competitive pay and the aspect of becoming a SME in a domain that keeps becoming higher in demand is an invaluable experience. The L & D team here has great content to help get you up-to-speed on how to pitch and deliver with a great value proposition that you can play off of your engineer during a meeting. Varonis has a team of team's approach which is very effective in business strategy and collaboration to help ensure deals go smoothly. The latest acquisition that is going to be driving public cloud/SaaS visibility is a true game changer and will only help clients provide more safeguards in their digital transformation journey. Leadership here at Varonis truly has a good pulse on the changing market demands which is awesome. Marketing and Social Media here is also VERY strong. (Great for sales) Simply put, there isn't a competitor out there that delivers anywhere near the way Varonis does which makes it a very special platform considering how much noise there is in the market.

Cons

None, I appreciate the opportunity this leadership has given me and providing strong resources and material to help our efforts make an impact. It takes some time to get used to new operating rhythms but that's all a part of the journey wherever you go.

Pros

Good money and great promotion trajectory

Cons

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
