Pros
Varonis cares so much about its employees’ well-being - on and off work, more than any employer I have ever worked for in Israel or elsewhere. If you are willing, the company will enable you to develop and shape your job function in a more specific direction of your preference, including specialized training. Also, my experience is that this is a company that grows with its employees and empowers its employees to grow with it.
Cons
Mot a come if you are up for it - You have to get energized and thrilled by the fast pace and rapid changes or this company is not for you. I am no stranger to dynamic environments but Varonis acts & morphs in high hypersonic pace.
