Leadership keeps tossing out new "initiatives" like darts at a board—except the board is spinning, and no one tells you where it is. Communication? Nonexistent. One day you're told to do one thing, the next day it's completely different. And don’t bother asking for clarification—chances are leadership hasn’t figured it out either. Of course unless you consider hundreds of messages in Slack to be effective communication. Oh, and onboarding? If you've ever wanted to feel completely unprepared for a role, this is the place for you. A few slides, some vague videos, and a lot of “figure it out as you go” vibes. Super fun. Let’s not forget the company’s *true* mission: money. Forget students. Forget outcomes. It’s all about chasing that next dollar, no matter how disconnected it is from actually helping anyone. In short, if you like structure, support, or making a difference, RUN. This place is a circus, and not the fun kind. Bottom line: this company is an absolute mess.
