A select few of the people

Cons

Everything but a few people. This is no longer a local Tulsa Bank. Local ownership sold out to a California billionaire. Which could be a good thing because Tulsa leadership is more interested in ski trips than paying raises or bonuses (as well as laying countless people off). The family who owned this place should be ashamed.

Benefits are good and vacation

Cons

Very toxic environment. Extremely hard to trust your manager. The training is almost non existent for new employees. Sink or swim training yourself. Not a team environment.
