Pros
I don't know if it is a Pros or not but they won't say 'No' to most of the things even if they can't be able to do it.
Cons
1. Once you are done with your 1st project, it will take months for them to find another project and the worst part is that they don't even care. They are in no rush to find any other positions for you as they are just busy finding jobs for those in OPT status as they can earn more by trapping new students in OPT (since they will be stuck with the company for a while because of H1 processing and all) 2. I have also realized that the pay that give is fairly less than what is paid by other companies 3. 2-3 months into marketing, the so-called recruiters would not even know your details and will be sending out your previous (not updated) copy of your resume to the vendors. You will have to remind them to stop sending wrong resumes.
