Pros
Mid level managers really care and try to make a daily difference. They put strong effort into the daily managing of production and departments. They do care!
Cons
Senior leadership does not fully understand the aerospace industry and makes decision based on monetary values only vs employees and retention. Hard to keep good people based on this management style.
