      Good salary, lot of free snacks.

      Cons

      Not a place to learn and collaborate! Everything is extremely task oriented and excessive amount of controlling and micro-managing junior scientists.

      My team experience was challenging due to limited managerial support and inconsistent availability, which impacted guidance and project clarity. Expectations and feedback were not always aligned, making it difficult to navigate priorities. Work allocation and opportunities at times felt uneven across team members, affecting overall team dynamics.
