      -The diversity of people whether it be different walks of life, race, professional background, educational background. -Work life balance is encouraged. -Facility location and resources. -Contractor conversion rate is good.

      Cons

      -Can't think of anything specifically but maybe because that some SOPs aren't fully in place or finalized. This though could be because even though Vaxcyte is publicly traded, it is still in growth mode so to speak.

Expectations and feedback were not always aligned, making it difficult to navigate priorities. Work allocation and opportunities at times felt uneven across team members, affecting overall team dynamics.
