- Chance to work on impactful projects - Team of highly skilled performers who all strive to solve the most complex projects - High level of trust and openness supporting professional growth - Amazing people who are motivated, respectful and supportive - Clear and exciting company objective / mission - Opportunity to work on a unique product

Cons

- Very strict and tight company timeline which can clash with complexity of the product being built. Although this can be frustrating, it also makes it exciting!

Pros

Very open and inviting culture. Great HQ in Las Vegas downtown. Tons of great people working there. Many routes for upward mobility and advancement within the company.

Cons

Starting pay is on the lower side, but there are several ways and avenues to move up seeing as it is a relatively new company in Las Vegas! Hours are not ideal for me personally but could be for others.

Working with people from several countries was always cool. Safety is rule #1 Not too much turnover. Start up energy.

Cons

Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to employee concerns. Lower end of pay for industry standard. No room for growth within the company.
