Pros

Unlimited PTO was a benefit I appreciated the most. It was easy to take some time off and come back ready to tackle different projects You get to see in real time how your work impacts the work (for better or for worse). So the work you actually do is meaningful in pushing the company forward. You meet so many wonderful people from different backgrounds and walks of life. It is truly enjoyable to connect with them. You get to experience different areas of the company and really figure out if you would have enjoyed that path or not.

Cons

This is coming from my experience so I can't speak for everyone so take with it what you will. There was a lot of change in management that put a lot of pressure on teams to complete projects. Often times this led to reinventing the wheel and starting over or trying again. I found that this lead to a huge loss in money simply from productivity. The bar is set high with minimal resources. Granted, you can't expect a lot of resources from a startup, but just simply checking in and supporting can make a huge difference. There was a time where I had to set up certain one on ones instead of my direct supervisor which led to a lot of confusion. Even though I listed it as a pro of moving around, there seemed to be a lot of anterior motives. A lot of leadership felt what they were saying or talking about would be secretive, but it often times reaches all around the company true intentions. The culture needs a complete revamp. While there are values they aren't clear or just aren't practiced. This led to more often than not a toxic work environment that made it hard to be productive. There is a lot of arrogance in the company from both sides of the pond. Due to this it leads to a lot of tension and less collaboration between teams around the world. One thing that surprised me was the turnover and the overall feeling of being disposable. At the end of the day its a business, but there are typically clearer ways when it comes to lay offs or needing to let someone go.

Pros

Very open and inviting culture. Great HQ in Las Vegas downtown. Tons of great people working there. Many routes for upward mobility and advancement within the company.

Cons

Starting pay is on the lower side, but there are several ways and avenues to move up seeing as it is a relatively new company in Las Vegas! Hours are not ideal for me personally but could be for others.

Pros

Working with people from several countries was always cool. Safety is rule #1 Not too much turnover. Start up energy.

Cons

Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to employee concerns. Lower end of pay for industry standard. No room for growth within the company.
